Movement-led Rehab.

Physiotherapy for active people who want to recover fully, train confidently, and stay strong and pain-free – now and long-term.

Recover. Rebuild. Rise. One small win at a time.

Meet Erin Bennett

I’m a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapist and a huge lover of all things movement, balance and the outdoors. After graduating, I completed my community service in the Northern Cape, where I served as Head of Physiotherapy. Since then, I’ve worked in private practice with a wide variety of presentations, with a particular passion for sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Movement has shaped my entire life. I grew up dancing, found strength training, fell in love with running and built my world around staying active.

So I also know how hard it hits when pain or injury takes that away, when movement no longer feels safe or familiar.

Over time, I realised that while I loved helping people in the clinic, I wanted to create a space where care could be truly personal – where rehab isn’t rushed, cookie-cutter or filled with confusing jargon. My goal is simple: Build a space where people could regain confidence in their bodies, understand what’s happening and move forward safely.

My work goes far beyond the treatment table. I help people understand what’s happening in their bodies, feel calmer about it and move forward with a clear, realistic plan that fits their life.

Just evidence-based care, honest conversations and a collaborative approach that helps you feel confident in your body again.

Movement looks good on you.

My job is to help you feel that too.

Lets be honest...

Rehab has a reputation for being stiff, boring and a little intimidating.
I don’t believe in that.

This is a safe, welcoming space where we build connection, move together, learn and celebrate progress – even the small wins. You won’t be shouted at or left confused, but you also won’t be babied or given random exercises without context.

We take recovery seriously, but not ourselves too seriously.
Because enjoying the process is often what makes people stick with it.

Your Journey

Assessment
& clarity

We start by getting the full picture – your injury, your goals, your training, your lifestyle. You’ll leave knowing what’s going on and why you’re feeling the way you are.

A plan that
fits your life

Together, we create a clear, structured plan that blends hands-on work with movement-based rehab. No generic sheets. No guesswork. Everything is tailored to your body and your goals.

Confidence,
not dependence

As you move forward, we adapt, progress and refine. You’ll learn to manage your body, train smarter, and feel confident moving again without reliance on weekly appointments.

How I can help you

Sports & Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

Evidence-based rehab for active bodies – helping runners, lifters, padel players and movers build strength, resilience, and confidence beyond pain relief.

Post-Operative Rehabilitation

Structured, progressive rehab to rebuild strength, mobility and trust in your body after surgery – at the right pace.

Hybrid Coaching

Long-term physiotherapy support that blends in-person sessions with ongoing online guidance and an app-delivered exercise program, helping your rehab, training and recovery evolve as you do

Dry Needling

A precise technique using fine needles to release muscle tension, reduce pain and improve movement, used alongside rehab to support faster, more effective recovery.

Physio-Led Sports Massage

Targeted, goal-driven massage to support recovery, reduce tension and keep you moving well.

Strength in motion.

For real life, not just rehab rooms.

This is for you

if you are an active person who…

Wants to train, compete or play without worrying that pain will flare up

Is tired of quick fixes that do nothing for long term progress

Feels a bit lost after an injury or operation and wants a clear roadmap

Enjoys learning how their body works and why certain things help

If movement is a big part of your life, you are my kind of person.

“Erin is such a superstar and is truly dedicated to her craft. She helped me recover from a 6-month shoulder injury that simply wouldn’t get better, and she got me right, and now I am happily playing again. Can only recommend her 10/10”

– Vito Wiechmann

“Erin is an exceptional physiotherapist. In all my experiences being treated by her, I’ve consistently seen real improvement. What sets her apart is that she doesn’t just focus on relieving the symptoms of pain, but rather identifies and addresses the underlying cause. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring physiotherapist.”

– Raphael Georgiades

“I’ve known Erin for years, and her passion for physiotherapy is truly admirable. She has been instrumental in helping me manage my back pain - I always feel supported and confident in her care. Erin combines real expertise with a personal touch, which makes all the difference. I highly recommend her.”

“I would like to thank you for your amazing passion and understanding for my injury playing padel. I have just completed 6 weeks of ‘soft playing’ on the and played 2 competitive games without any problems. Thanks for your patience at all my follow-ups during the rehab period but you knew where my pain areas where to shut me up when I complained. You’re a star and so professional. Thank you”

Quick questions

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No. You can book directly with me.

How long is a physio session?

Sessions can range from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your needs. That gives us enough time to assess, treat and go through your plan without rushing.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring any scans, reports, previous rehab plans if you have them (but it is not essential) and your running shoes (if this applies to you).

Do you work with runners, gym users and padel players?

Yes. Those are the people I work with most often.

Can you help if I am not very sporty but do have pain?

Absolutely yes! You don’t need to be sporty to start – you just need to be open to moving and committed to the process.

Do you claim from medical aid?

I work on a payment-upfront basis. After your session, you’ll receive an invoice that you can submit directly to your medical aid for reimbursement.

I’m registered with all major medical aids, including Discovery. I don’t operate on medical aid rates, so reimbursement will depend on your individual plan and available benefits.
